Each mission outlined below is precisely defined by a contract.

 

Concept Drawings

An initial meeting on-site with the aim of defining your needs, expectations and their viability in terms of your budget and other constraints (suitability of construction, conformity with local authorities, special considerations of the plot, etc).

Supply of concept drawings including positioning and orientation of the building, diagram of floor use and volumetric rendering of the project.

Delivery: 4 weeks maximum from signature of contract

 

Planning Permission Application

This phase includes the previous one and starts with a pre-project summary (APS) that is comprised of floor plans, cross sections and elevations of the project along with the precise position of the building. It is established based on discussion between yourself and the architect.

Once the pre-project is agreed the next phase is producing the definitive project which leads directly to an application for planning permission. The final design is determined and the choice of materials and colours is finalised. The plans are presented to a scale of 1/100 and the planning application is made on your behalf.

We follow through the planning application with the
authorities until its acceptance.

Project Management

This is the complete mission. It includes the previous phases from the design through to planning permission application. In addition, execution drawing are produced and the whole worksite is organised with the builders and managed until project completion.
